It's very rare to get decent customer service in Bangkok and this was also the case with Troy & Khun Puk.
They never gave us decent service, the service that they gave us was excellent. Troy and Puk are very genuine and theyre not transactional ie they know the value of relationships, both with their punters and the landlords that they work with. I have recommended them to other people as they have a good range of properties, they always put in the effort, even when its the less than glamourous things. They earn their money and, if I were a landlord, I would work with them as they take away the problem and make their lives easier.
